If you’ve already placed your order but are having trouble uploading your file on the "Upload Area" page, try the following:
- Make sure you’re using Google Chrome (our site works on most browsers, but Chrome is the most reliable)
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Check that your file does not exceed 1.5GB
- Make sure the file is in one of these formats: .pdf, .jpeg, or .tiff
- Confirm that your artwork has the correct dimensions
If the issue continues, our customer service team can upload the file for you (if possible). Just send us an email with your file:
- Send a request to us.support@pixartprinting.com
- For files up to 50 MB, you can attach them to the email or use this form .
- For files larger than 50 MB (up to 1.5GB), please use WeTransfer.
- Be sure to include your order number and rename the file with the relevant job number or name.
- Please note that if we upload the file on your behalf, it may affect the estimated delivery date.
