Once you have uploaded your file via the "Upload area," the website displays a preview.
- The preview helps you identify the uploaded file.
- The preview is an image extracted from your file, allowing you to recognize and confirm the upload.
You may notice some differences between your file and the preview. Please keep the following in mind:
- For multi-page files, only the first page will be displayed
- The image is in RGB format, so if your file was correctly created in CMYK, the colors displayed may differ
- If you used spot colors and followed our instructions to activate overprinting, it is normal for the color preview to change. For instance, the blue spot color used to designate a selective white printing area might blend with underlying colors in the preview. This will differ from the actual printed result, which will correspond to your accurately prepared file.
- If the preview file is rotated, check the layout selected in your quote. It is required to follow the same layout as requested (vertical layout = vertical file). If the quote is incorrect, contact our customer service to correct it. Otherwise, rotate your file and re-upload it.
/!\ For products with front and back printing, it is mandatory to follow the quote layout to avoid upside-down printing results! /!\
- If you notice other differences, we recommend reviewing your file and re-uploading it after making the necessary corrections.
- In some instances, the preview may not generate (this can be due to connection issues). You can try re-uploading the file. If it still doesn't show up, don't worry. As long as the website says your upload was successful, we've got your file.
