Choose how to create your print file

Depending on the product you’re ordering, we offer a few different ways to upload or create your print file:

• Prepare and upload:

Select this option if you are planning to create a print-ready file using the instructions and template we provide, or if you have already created one.

You can download the template in two ways:

• • Directly from the product page, selecting "Prepare and upload" and clicking on "How to upload"
  • From the "Upload area" in your profile, after placing your order

Please note: You’ll be able to upload your file only after completing your order and receiving your order number. You’ll find the upload option in the Upload Area of your profile.

• Create your file: Use our free Designer tool to build your design in just a few simple steps or choose from a variety of ready made designs and personalize them with your own content. Learn how to use this tool and explore its features here

Changed your mind? No problem! You can always switch to a different method.

If you planned to upload a file but decide to use Designer after placing your order, you’ll still find it available in the Upload Area.

On the other hand, if you start creating a graphics online and then decide to upload a PDF, you can close Designer, complete your order, and upload your file.
