What if my file doesn't match during the upload?

When you upload your file, the system will immediately check the page count and dimensions, so please wait and don't navigate away until a notification message appears.

If there is an issue with your file, a message will display the problematic details. You'll have a few options:

• If the "SOS File" button appears (only available for minor adjustments), click it and we'll fix it for free
• If the "SOS File" button doesn't appear, you'll need to correct the file and upload it again

Please keep in mind:

• The templates available on each product page can help you create a correct file
• You can also use the Designer tool to properly resize your file or create a perfect print file from scratch.

To replace your file after receiving an error message, use the "Replace file" button in the upload area. The new design will be rechecked by the system.
