If you change your mind about your design after submitting it, you'll always have 30 minutes to replace it, even multiple times, after payment.
A countdown message will appear in the upload area after you've completed payment and uploaded your file. If you have multiple printing jobs, the timer starts when the last file is uploaded.
To replace an uploaded file, follow these quick steps:
- Go to the "Upload area" and select the order you need to update
- Click the "Replace file" button
- Upload your file and wait for the automatic check
Once you've replaced the file (after the 30 minutes have passed), it will automatically enter the review phase, and further replacements cannot be guaranteed.
If you created the artwork using our Designer tool, this option won't be available.
Please remember that after 30 minutes from the payment/upload, you won't be able to replace the file yourself.
