FAQ

• Is it easy to assemble the roller banners?

Following the instructions given and watching our support videos, anyone can assemble a Roll- Up. If it’s your first time or when in a hurry, we highly suggest ordering it already assembled to avoid any inconvenience or waste of time during your event. The XXL model necessarily comes already assembled. Due to its large size, it requires at least two people to be opened.

• Do you sell the structure or part of it on its own?

No, it’s not possible to order the structure or part of it on its own as we’re a printing company and we offer you the product customised with your design.

• If I select “only print” option, what will I receive?

You will receive the banner printed with the file uploaded, exactly the size that fits in the structure previously purchased (pay attention to order the same format). If the Roll-Up model requires adhesive tape to assemble the banner to the base, you’ll need to provide another tape (it won’t come with the new banner ordered).

When you need to change your design, just print a new banner (print only option) making it easy to refresh your display without the need for a complete overhaul.

• Are all roller banners suitable for outdoor use?

In case you need to use your roller banner in open-air environments, make sure you choose the Double-Sided Outdoor Roll-Up. Its weighted base, which can be filled with sand or water, ensures excellent durability and stability even in particularly windy situations.

However, if you keep the display in a sheltered place, not directly exposed to rain and wind, you can temporarily keep all the roller banners outdoors, ensuring to have them well protected and not leaving the display outside after the closing.

• Are banners fire-resistant?

Referring to the material's technical features (before the printing process), Ecoflat banners are the most resistant to fire. However, in no way can we provide fire resistance certifications.

• Do you print on responsible materials?

Yes, we print on a PET PVC-free banner. You can easily recognise them by the green leaf icon.

• Which materials are the structures made of?

All the structures are made of aluminium and may contain plastic components. The double-sided outdoor Roll-Up is mostly made of plastic.

• Do I also need to include in my graphics the sections that will be hidden by the structure both in the upper and lower part of the display?

The bottom and upper sections that will be hidden once the roller banner has been assembled are already included both in Designer and the template you can download from Step 3 of 3 of the product pages.

Just remember not to place important elements in these areas as they will not be visible on the open display. You may add a background colour or a pattern.

• How can I create my Roll-Up design?
