	PVC Banners are a long-lasting and affordable solution, perfect for both your indoor and outdoor (weatherproof) communications. Suitable for all kinds of events, advertising and business signage, we offer two vinyl banner options:  Extreme Classic PVC 500 gsm: our best-seller material, maximum printable size 2100 x 700 cm (with heat welding)  Extreme Classic PVC 650 gsm: thicker and superior quality print, maximum printable size 2100 x 700 cm (with heat welding)  We highly recommend adding reinforced edges if used outdoors and in combination with eyelets.
	Windproof Banners: prevent your banners from breaking using these windproof outdoor materials, designed to withstand gusts of wind. Suitable also to cover areas under restoration, the air passage allows people to work behind the banner protection Mesh 260 gsm: is a meshed material ideal for scaffolding and to cover huge surfaces; it’s a tough and durable banner, maximum printable size 2100 x 700 cm (with heat welding)  Windproof outdoor fabric 115 gsm: is the material traditionally used to produce waving flags, wash-resistant, and with a thin open weave that makes the design printed clear. Maximum printable size 1000 x 307 cm  We highly recommend adding reinforced edges if used outdoors and in combination with eyelets.
	PVC Free Banners: go for a responsible solution with our PVC-free banners. Thinner than the PVC ones, yet durable and weather resistant, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use We offer 4 different materials made from polyester or PET and without the use of PVC:  PVC-free 310 gsm: with white back, maximum printable size 2100 x 700 cm (with heat welding) PVC-free blockout 360 gsm: its grey back blocks the passage of light ensuring that your message is perfectly visible from the front and creating a visual barrier on the back. Maximum printable size 2100 x 700 cm (with heat welding)  PET PVC-free blockout 240 gsm: lighter than the previous ones, this material too ensures no passing of light due to the dark colour of the back side.  Maximum printable size 1600 x 86 cm   PVC free Mesh 180 gsm: designed to withstand windy conditions on scaffolding, it is even stronger and much lighter than the traditional Mesh. Made entirely of PET. Maximum printable size 2100 x 303 cm We highly recommend adding reinforced edges if used outdoors and in combination with eyelets.
	Non-Woven Fabric Banners: need a budget-friendly option for temporary outdoor advertising? Our non-woven fabric banners are your go-to solution! It’s a very thin material (95 gsm) yet performing an excellent print quality. Select it when in need of a banner for a single event, exposed only for a few hours For easy setup, you can add eyelets to your banner. Just note that reinforced edges aren't available due to the material’s thinness.
	And for extra-long messages, Non-Woven Banners Roll are the perfect companion: use them at marathons, races, and other temporary events to make an impact! Choose between a height of 80 or 100 cm, a roll length of 25, 50, or 100 m, and, if needed, add galvanised aluminium eyelets to hang them more easily. Your 2.5-metre design will be repeated along the roll.
	Fabric Banners: we offer 3 different high-quality materials for those who prefer a synthetic fabric banner to a PVC one. These materials are lighter and offer bright, clearly defined colours: use them indoors as traditional banners or transform them into curtains or fabric furnishing; hang them outdoors making your communications wave in the wind Polyester fabric 235 gsm: 100% polyester fabric, crease-resistant and waterproof, can be used outdoors (as ceremonial flag, hung outside a balcony) or indoors. Its weave is very dense, it doesn’t fly in the wind and remains stiff. Maximum printable size 1000 x 290 cm  Windproof outdoor fabric 115 gsm: it is typically used for waving flags, due to its open weave and its high resistance to wind and rain. Maximum printable size 1000 x 307 cm  Deluxe indoor fabric 130 gsm: only for internal use, it’s ideal for stylish effects in indoor spaces (such as shops or trade fair stands) due to its impactful brightness and high-quality printing output. Maximum printable size 496 x 135 cm  Especially when using these materials indoors, pullbacks and hooks can help you with an easy installation. For added durability, we recommend choosing a reinforced hem with hanging accessories. It consists of a 27 mm webbing applied on the back of the banner, with double reinforcement stitching.  Want to explore more fabric options? 	Banners For Backlighting: want to catch the eye with a striking solution? Choose a backlit banner, add a light on the back, and enlighten your message! Ideal to display your communication at night or in gloomy environments (with no natural light) We offer a PVC option, Extreme Backlight 450 gsm (maximum printable size, with welding, 2100 x 700 cm) and a fabric one, Backlighting fabric 150 gsm (maximum printable size 500 x 313 cm).  For outdoor use and in combination with accessories always remember to also add reinforced edges for a durable product.  If you’re looking for backlit displays, with a printed banner and structure, have a look here and discover our backlit frame and desk!
	Double-Sided Banners our Extreme blockout 600 gsm is a multi-layer material made of two PVC banners. White on the outside to be printed, black in the core to prevent light passing through, this structure ensures the material is not transparent. Maximum printable size (with heat welding) 2100 x 600 cm Get the chance to print your message on both sides of a weatherproof banner, ideal to be used on two-way streets or wherever you need it to be read on both sides.   If you choose to add reinforced edges (highly recommended for outdoor use and when in combination with accessories) or a pole pocket, keep in mind that part of your front-side design (as shown on the provided template and in our Designer tool) will also appear on the back. We will take care of adding the necessary graphics: we recommend always using uniform or patterned backgrounds near the edges of the banner.
	Blockout Banners should be used whenever you need to prevent the light from passing through, ensuring your graphics will be clearly visible without any transparency (ideal for sunny public spaces) or when you want to create a visual barrier from the back. We use these materials to print our displays indeed In addition to the PVC free materials described above, we offer two other blockout options:  Ecoflat 398 gsm: made of three layers, PVC – PET – PVC, it has a smooth surface, ideal to roll the banner, and a grey back preventing light from passing. Maximum printable size 1600 x 224 cm  Fabric with opaque back 240 gsm: with a very thin weave and a grey polyamide back which prevents light from behind affecting the printed image. • Please note that, for larger dimensions, PVC banners may be printed in multiple panels, heat welded with a 2 cm overlap to provide you with a unique banner: this is always carried out along the vertical axis to increase the durability of the product. Find the information under the “i” description. As for the file, no need to worry: our team will automatically take care of the splitting during production. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us a single complete design, without dividing it into multiple files
  
• Tiling is not available for fabrics banner 
• Minimum printable size is always 20 x 20 cm for PVC banners and 50 x 50 cm for fabric ones 
• PVC banners, except for the double-sided one, can’t be printed on the back side, which remains blank (dark-coloured in case of blockout materials) 
• All the fabrics materials are printed on the front s@lide and the design, passing through the weave, is visible on the back with lighter colours and reduced visibility depending on the material weight 
• Customise your banner size or pick up one of our predefined formats including reinforcement and accessories. Please note that you can decide whether to display your message on a horizontal or vertical banner. Also, you can take advantage of our banners with structure to showcase differently your communications 
• For many materials we can provide a cut to shape option: in this case no hanging accessories or other features can be added 
• Reinforced edges are strongly recommended for outdoor use and when adding accessories 
• Pole pockets size is standard: 10 cm for PVC banners, 5 cm for fabrics 
• Both for reinforced edges and pole pockets find the extra area needed highlighted in the template provided or using our Designer online: please avoid inserting important contents in these areas as they will be folded backwards and therefore won’t be visible; just add a background colour or pattern
• Eyelets are the easiest and most practical way to hang your banners with ropes, ties, chains or bungee as the ones we provide on the website. Please note that you can insert the number of accessories in pair, customising them according to the banner dimensions. Plus, you choose where to place them (on a single side, on two, or on the whole perimeter): they will be placed at an equivalent distance one from the other, starting from the corners. Examples: if you ask for 4 eyelets on the entire perimeter, they will be placed at the 4 corners; if you ask for 6 eyelets on top and bottom side, they will be placed 3 on the top and 3 on the bottom. Using Designer or downloading the template, you see where they are positioned, can review the eyelets number already inserted and place your graphics, accordingly, avoiding relevant elements to be hidden by the eyelets’ hole 

• Thanks to the new design upload and preview service, you can view and check your project online before printing your advertising banners. FAQ

• How long do banners resist outdoors? 

Our PVC banners can last up to 3 years in ideal weather conditions. We strongly recommend adding reinforced edges for outdoor use and prefer windproof materials when in a windy location. Fabric banners can last up to 2 years in ideal weather conditions, except for the Deluxe indoor fabric, which is suitable only for internal spaces. 

• Are banners fire-resistant? 

Referring to the material's technical features (before the printing process), Ecoflat and Mesh banners are the most resistant to fire. However, in no way can we provide fire resistance certifications.  

• Do you print on responsible materials? 

Yes, we print on PVC-free banners. You can easily recognise them by the green leaf icon. 

• Do you print on natural fabrics? 

Sure, we print on several natural fabrics! Find them here. You’ll discover we can provide both fabrics by meter for you to create your handmade products and ready-to-be-used textile products such as cushions, bags etc. Ideal as gifts or to decorate your place. 

• What’s the pole pocket size? 

The pole pocket consists of an extra 5 cm, suitable for pole of a diameter up to 3 cm, for fabric banners: an extra 10 cm, suitable for pole of a diameter up to 4 cm, for PVC banners.  Fill in this area of your graphics with background colour to avoid white strips being visible. Remember you can place a pole pocket on different sides of the banner and combine it with eyelets. No need to add reinforced edges/stitching on the side of the pole pocket. 

• How many extra cm are needed for reinforced edges?  

Reinforced stitching on fabric materials requires an extra 2 cm on each side with the stitching; an extra 4.3 cm on each side is required for PVC banner’s reinforced edges. Remember that these are non-visible areas to fill with a background colour to avoid white strips on the fold. Find them highlighted both in the template provided and using our Designer tool. 

• Which is the difference between aluminium and polycarbonate eyelets?  

Galvanised aluminium eyelets are traditional eyelets, with a 2.3 cm diameter, placed 1.5 cm from the edge of the banner. Extra strong polycarbonate eyelets are transparent and offer a high resistance even if plastic made. They have a diameter of 2.5 cm and are placed 1.5 cm from the edge. If the edge with eyelets is also reinforced, the eyelets will be positioned approximately 3.8 cm from the edge of the finished item. Both are suitable to hang the banner with ropes, chains, ties, or with black or white bungee we offer on the website. 

For fabric banners only polycarbonate eyelets are available. Plus, we offer white pullbacks to fasten the flag onto ropes or poles and hooks with white ribbon to hang the fabric on a pole or a ring. 

• How many accessories should I add to my banner?  

We suggest adding 1 eyelet/pullback/hook at least every 50 cm. 

• What's the bungee length?  

The bungee (cord + hook) is 20 cm long with a 6 mm diameter cord. The bungees hook into the eyelets and can be pulled up to a 40 cm length. 

• Can I combine pole pockets and eyelets?  

Yes, you can have on the same side of the banner a pole pocket and eyelets: they will be placed under the heat welding. 

• Will the heat welding be visible? 

The heat welding makes the banner surface a little bit shinier: banners are usually large and should be seen from the distance, the heat welding line will therefore hardly be noticed. 

• How do you pack and ship the banners? 

Fabric banners are always shipped folded in boxes. 

PVC banners, depending on the size, may be rolled or folded and packed in boxes. 

• Can I have one or more internal cut? 

No, we don’t provide internal cut for banners, neither windproof cut. 

• How can I create my banner design?
