	Looking for an innovative and effective solution to store your products? Our Doypacks will improve your daily work! Ideal for food, cosmetics, liquids in general and small objects, choose these models in case you want a stand-up pouch. There are 11 formats for you, from 50 ml to 1000 ml capacity: click on the “i” icon to check the maximum capacity (tested using water) and verify which model better fits your content.
	Our Flat Pouches, without a base, offer the same flexibility and durability.  Designed to store a wide variety of products - from food and pharmaceuticals to clothing and electronics accessories – they're a versatile solution for all your packaging needs. Choose from 6 formats, with capacities from 10 ml to 1000 ml.
	For both products, we offer a wide range of materials to choose from. Together, we can make a difference in protecting the environment: for a responsible choice, you can print with us both Recyclable Doypacks and Recyclable Flat Pouches. Detailed information about the composition of each material can be found under the “i” icon. We also provide you with specifications about the recyclability standards of each material. Here's an overview of the materials to choose from:
	High-barrier paper/aluminium: printed on the external paper layer, the internal aluminium barrier provides excellent moisture protection and resistance to UV rays
	Aluminium: a multi-layer material made of PET and aluminium, that offers high level of protection for the aromas and organoleptic properties of the pouches’ contents. White printing available
	Recyclable paper with barrier coating made of paper and plastic, it’s suitable for direct contact with food and ensures excellent moisture protection. Avoid this material in case of oily products
	Recyclable transparent or white film made of recyclable plastic with oxygen and water vapour barrier. Glossy, matt or soft-touch finish on the outside. Pick the transparent film to show your product and play with the white print option (see below) to create eye-catching graphics
	Recyclable metallised film is largely used for powdered contents, such as coffee, teas, herbs and cosmetics thanks to its high protection from light and gases/moisture
	Discover additional options available (depending on the combination of format and material selected): Lamination with gloss, matt or soft touch effect, to protect the print and maintain vivid colours
	Customised base option (only for Doypacks) allows to print the whole surface with your graphics. If you select “no”, the base remains blank, white or transparent, depending on the material chosen
	White printing is available for transparent or aluminium material. Please read here for directions about the file creation
	Resealable zip: please note that once the pouch is filled, you’ll always need to weld it with a specific machine to preserve its content. It can be combined with a hanging hole
	Hole: in case you need to hang your flexible packaging on a display stand. It can be combined with the zip
	Spout available for most of plastic and aluminium models (not feasible if zip or hole have been selected), ideal for liquid contents

• When selecting the format always check all the dimensions under the “i” icon. Please take into consideration that the product comes already heat-sealed on the sides, you only have to weld it at the top. The side closures reduce the internal space: for this reason, we recommend considering the product capacity to select the right format

• When creating your graphics avoid inserting important elements close to the hole or to the zip, these areas are clearly highlighted both using Designer and in the template provided

• If you select a Doypack model with customised base, the full surface of the product will be printable. When using the template provided, find the base area at the bottom of the file (last page)

• When in a hurry to find the right solution, let us help you choose the best option according to the content you need to pack: find here the dedicated pages based on the product to be inserted in the pouch. FAQ

• What does “Doypack” mean?

“Doypack” is the commercial name for stand-up flexible packaging with a base that allows the pouch, once filled, to stand on the bottom to be exposed.

• How can I know if my product fits in the pouch selected?

Please refer to the capacity information to select the right format. The capacity is tested with water: final capacity could be different for mixtures with different volumes. 

• Do these products come open or closed?

The pouches are shipped open, as you need to fill them with your contents before the closure. You need to heat weld them with a specific machine: we recommend a temperature of 160° C for 1 second. Even if you’ve ordered a model with the zip, once filled and closed, you need to heat weld it to ensure the product’s freshness and avoid unwanted attempts to open the bag. 

• Do you offer responsible pouches?

Yes, we print both Doypacks and Flat pouches on recyclable materials. You can easily recognise them by the green leaf icon.

• Are Doypacks water resistant?

Yes, all materials are water and moisture resistant. High barrier paper/aluminium material is highly suggested for its waterproof properties.

• Can these products be put in the freezer?

Yes, they can be frozen to a maximum temperature of -15° C.

• Can these products be put in the oven/microwave?

No, they can’t be put in the oven nor in the microwave.

• Are these products suitable for pasteurising?

No, they’re not suitable for pasteurising.

• What’s the size of the hole?

The hole diameter is 7 mm for the smaller formats (10 - 50 ml), and it’s circular. For all the other formats, we offer the traditional Euro slot as hanging hole, of about 10 x 25 mm.

• Is it possible to have one or more internal cuts?

No, it’s not possible. Pick the transparent material and use the selective white option to create transparent areas on your graphics to allow seeing the inside content.

• How can I create my design?

We provide instructions and template to create a print ready file on your own (with design software). However, the easiest way to create your pouch design is doubtless using our free Designer and realizing it online, checking and reviewing it how many times you need and taking advantage of the 3D preview that lets you rotate the bag. Plus, we offer you backgrounds, images, clip arts and the chance to get help from the AI generating contents to enhance your communication project.
