FAQ

• How can I know if my item fits into the box or shopping bag? 

Once you’ve set the dimensions or chosen the format from the product page, always click on the “i” of information to check the size of each side. If your printer supports the format, you can also print the template provided with the guidelines: cut along the path cut and assemble it to make your own sample and better figure out the real dimensions of the box/shopping bags. 

• Do you offer responsible packaging?

Packaging made of cardboard is a responsible choice itself as choosing recyclable materials reduces our impact on the environment! Find the FSC® certification available for some materials.

• Do you offer rewritable papers if I want to add a personalised handwritten message to my packs? 

Of course, choose an uncoated paper to handwrite our products with a pen or even a pencil: Extraprint and Recyclable papers are the best choice. Find them available to print your cards with us. Explore our paper world through this article.  

• How do I apply the labels? 

Roll Labels are kiss cut on the roll: you'll have to manually or automatically (with a machine) remove labels from their support to stick them. If you’re looking for an adhesive easier to peel off, we suggest kiss-cut stickers. 

• Can I print wrapping paper in full colours? 

Wrapping paper can be printed only in one colour (choose from the one available on the product page or create your own CMYK monochromatic graphic). Please read here how printing with predefined colours works. 

• How can I create my design? 

We provide instructions and template to create a print ready file on your own (with design software). For most of our products however, the easiest way to create your graphic online in a few clicks is using our free Designer. For boxes and flexible packaging use the 3D preview to rotate your product, open and close the box, to check your layout as many times as you need. Plus, you can get inspiration both from the tool’s features, such as patterns and backgrounds and AI content generator, and from hundreds of free design models available for a lot of products.
