• What does the paper “pt” feature refer to and how can I choose the required one?

"Pt" stands for “points” and is a measure of thickness; the higher the number, the thicker the paper. For invitations and cards, you need a sturdy, premium feel, so we only offer thicker paper stocks that are perfect to hold and display. If you’re looking for something thinner, go with flyers and brochures for folded items.

• On which paper can I write with a pen or a pencil?

Just stick with any of our uncoated papers. We highly suggest smooth uncoated or recycled paper. Just a heads-up, writing on textured paper can be a bit bumpy, so stick to the smooth options for the best results.

• Do you offer card and envelope sets?

While we don't offer pre-made sets, you can easily create your own perfect match! Order your cards here, then head over to our envelopes page to find the ideal size and style.

• How can I print different designs on my cards?

While we don't have a 'multi-design' feature yet, here's an easy pro-tip: create an order with different items (up to 15), one for each design you need. Use the “item name” field to label each design (e.g., "Wedding Invite," "Save the Date") to keep everything organized during file upload.

• Do you print also on plastic cards or invitations?

Yes! We offer synthetic paper (plastic made) for rack cards.

• Can I have a product with a personalized shape?

We offer rounded corners for most cards, plus unique Ticket and Scalloped Edge shapes for certain invitation sizes.

• How can I create my design?
