If you're canceling an order to update or re-upload your artwork, our customer service team are happy to help you with this.
If you've already paid for your order or want to cancel just one item, please send us a request. We'll check whether production has started and take it from there.
If your order hasn't been paid yet, you can cancel it yourself by following these steps:
- Log in to your account and click on your name in the upper-right corner of the homepage
- From the drop-down menu, select on "Personal area". Then click "Your orders" on the left-hand side to view your order history
- Find the order you’d like to cancel, click See Details, then click the Cancel Order button on the right side
