Thanks to our design upload and preview service, when you upload your file, we automatically generate a full preview of your artwork so you can double-check the final result before printing and make small edits directly online.
Instant checks after upload
As soon as you upload your file, we automatically run a series of technical checks and notify you if:
The file is in an unsupported format, corrupted, or password-protected and needs to be replaced
Fonts aren’t embedded, meaning the text can’t be printed correctly If this happens, the system will notify you that it wasn’t possible to generate a preview of your file. Please upload a new file with embedded fonts
The file contains outdated fonts, such as Type 3 fonts, meaning the text can’t be printed correctly. The system will notify you that it wasn’t possible to generate a preview of your file. Please upload a new file using supported fonts. For more information, read this article
If your file passes these checks, we’ll generate a full preview and apply automatic fixes for small issues that could affect print quality. For example, if you forgot to add bleed or rotate your image, we’ll take care of it. Files that are larger or smaller than the required format are also automatically resized.
Preview notifications and automatic changes
Once the preview is ready, the system will also alert you if there are blank pages or if the page count doesn’t match your original quote. Read the alert messages carefully
Red means there’s a blocking issue with your file. For example:
Yellow means we just want to make sure your design is meant to look that way. For example:
Any automatic changes made to your file will be clearly indicated with a special message. Please read it carefully by clicking the "Details" arrow and double-check your file before confirming the print. These changes won’t be saved to the original file on your device.
Review features in the preview tool
The preview tool also helps you review your design using these features:
Content check: Use the magnifying glass icon on the right side of your design to zoom in
3D Preview Click: "Preview" (bottom right) to view a 3D version of your product. Depending on the product, you can rotate it, open or close it, and check details like folds and layout accuracy
Guidelines: Turn on the guidelines (top left) to make sure key elements stay within the safe area (green line), that the background extends beyond the trim line (dashed yellow line) to fill the entire visible area, and check folds (dashed violet line) and panel layout (dashed light blue line) where applicable
Page count check: Helps you confirm all pages requested in the quote are uploaded
Online adjustments
In addition to these review features, you can make minor adjustments directly online, including:
Add blank or import individual pages from another file (PDF or JPG)
Remove extra pages
Swap sides
Replace the design with a new one (PDF or JPG)

Please note that we offer this service for most of our products. It's not available for items with custom shapes, special finishes, white printing, custom models, and other products with complex configurations. When available, you can take the chance to use the file preview service through your Upload area; otherwise, you'll need to upload your file directly, matching all specifications required by the product instructions.
