Repeat order

At this time, it is not possible to duplicate and repeat a previously placed order, as we do not save customer files.

However, if you want to reorder the same product you previously purchased, you can place a new order with the same specifications by following these steps:

• Log in to your account and go to the "Your Orders" section
• Find the order you want to repeat
• Click on "See Details" to view the quote and product specifications
• If available, check the file preview in the job details to identify which file was used (please note: the preview cannot be downloaded). Then, locate the file on your personal device

Once you’ve reviewed the details, you’re ready to place a new order and re-upload your file.
