Once you place an order, you have 15 days to finish it by submitting your payment and uploading your print-ready file(s). If you don’t complete both steps within that window, your order will be automatically canceled and can’t be reactivated.
To make sure you receive your order by the estimated delivery date you selected, both payment and file upload must be completed by 7:00 PM ET. If these steps aren’t completed on time, or if the uploaded file doesn’t meet the required specs, your delivery may be delayed. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away.
