If your order includes multiple jobs, it is not possible to proceed with only part of it. In order to start production, full payment must be completed, and the correct files must be uploaded for each item.
If even one file is missing or rejected due to non-conformity, the entire order will be delayed until a new, correct file is provided.
We therefore recommend that you carefully check all files before uploading them and make the payment only when all materials are complete and compliant, in order to avoid delays in production.
