• What does the paper weight refer to and how can I choose the required one for a flyer or a card?

The weight is meant per square meter; use it as an indicator of the paper thickness and strength. According to each product's purpose, find the most suitable weight preselected. 

For example:

    • Invitation cards minimum 300gsm

• Do you offer responsible products?

Sure! Most of our paper products are FSC® certified and you can ask us to have our logo included in your design. Plus, we offer PVC-Free options for banners and displays: easily find our responsible material thanks to the green leaf icon on the website. Moreover, consider that printing on cardboard packaging and non-plastic reusing shopping bags is itself a responsible choice as using recyclable and reusable products reduces our impact on the environment: please read here for more information about responsible packaging.

• How do I apply roll labels?

Roll Labels are kiss cut on the roll: you'll have to manually or automatically (with a machine) remove labels from their support to stick them. If you’re looking for an adhesive easier to peel off, we suggest Kiss-cut stickers.

• How do I apply self-adhesive vinyls? 

For optimal results and easy application find out here detailed directions.

For pre-spaced vinyl decals please follow the instructions provided on the product page.  Are there shopping bags which can be printed on the base or on the side gussets? 

• If I select “only print” option while ordering a display, what will I receive? 

You will receive the banner printed with the file uploaded in the format selected when ordering, exactly the size that fits in the structure previously purchased (pay attention to order the same format).

• Is it easy to move the displays? 

Feather flags and roller banners are lightweight display so it’s generally easy to move. If you pick a huge model, it requires support to move it; the same if you opted for a weighted base filled in.

• Do you sell the structure or part of it on its own? 

No, it’s not possible to order the structure or part of it on its own as we’re a printing company and we offer you the product customised with your design.

• How can I create my design?

We provide instructions and template to create a print ready file on your own (with design software). For most of our products, however, the easiest way to create your graphics online in a few clicks is using our free Designer. For boxes and flexible packaging use the 3D preview to rotate your product, open and close the box, to check your layout as many times as you need. Plus, you can get inspiration both from the tool’s features, such as patterns and backgrounds and AI content generator, and from hundreds of free design models available for a lot of products.

• How do Black Friday offers work?

Find discounted products directly on the website: generally, we add new promos every week and we also launch special offers during the day. The discounted price is highlighted, and the original item’s amount is still displayed as crossed out. Furthermore, you will find a disclaimer of the offer on each discounted product's page explaining in detail the terms and conditions.
