Choose how to create your print file

Depending on the product chosen, we offer you several options to upload or create your print file:

• Prepare and upload: select this option if you are planning to create a print-ready file following the instructions and template we provide you, or if you have already created one.

You can download the template in two ways:

• • Directly from the product page, selecting "Prepare and upload" and clicking on "How to upload"
  • From the "Upload area" in your profile, after placing your order

Please note that you will only be able to upload the file after completing the order and having obtained the order number via the Upload Area in your profile

• Create your file: access our free Designer to create your design in just a few simple steps or choose from one of the many ready-to-use designs and customise it to your liking with your own contents. Discover here how to use this tool and explore all its features
• Ask a designer: our team will assist you with modifying or editing your graphic project. Select the option that suits you best, and, once the purchase process is complete, fill out the form to explain to our designers what you need. For more details, check out this article

What if you change your mind? You can always choose another way! If you were planning to upload a print-ready file and after placing your order you prefer to use designer, you will also find it available in the file upload area. On the other hand, if you start creating a graphics online and then decide to upload a PDF, you can close designer, complete your order, and upload your file.

As for design services, if you find that you need our help once you have placed your order, you can purchase a service from here: always remember to include the order number you are referring to among the information you will be asked for.
