PRO File Check & Fix

We care about your design project, and we offer a check professional service which will ensure that you send a correct file to print! A team of experts will carefully check your file and make the necessary changes where possible.

You can request the service when purchasing your products by following these steps:

• Configure your product
• Select how to upload your print file (or use the free Designer tool)
• Add the "PRO File Check & Fix" service by ticking the option available under "promocode" section; here you will also find details of all the technical check aspects covered

• Complete your order and upload your file

The service cost varies from 5 to 10 € depending on the product.

Please note that the file will only be verified after the order is completed with payment and upload of all files.

Once the professional check is released, you will receive an informative e-mail.

In case you need to replace the file with a correct one or approve any proposed changes, you will be asked through the e-mail received.
