Do I have to pay or upload the file first?

Once you have completed the purchase and you have your order number, there are two things left to do:

1. Choose how to pay and proceed with the payment (cash on delivery excluded for Italian orders only)
2. Upload the file(s)

Feel free to do them in any order you like: just remember that for the order to be finalised, both actions must be completed.

If you use Designer when purchasing the order to create the file, you will only need to select the payment method: the file created online will automatically enter production.
