	Let’s focus first on what you need to pack, how to present and how to deliver it.  CARDBOARD PACKAGING  When you need to package something for handover, display it on a shelf, or place it in a dispenser, cardboard packaging is the perfect solution. It's time to showcase your products and make them look extraordinary with our stunning boxes!   We offer more than 25 different shape box types: think about what you need to put inside and pick the model that best fits your product!
	For classic squared boxes, opt for promotional, bespoke, crash lock and snap lock for a faster assemble, or choose heavy duty if you want to better protect the inside product (generally used for little bottles containing liquids, such as perfumes, or goods made of fragile materials)
	If you’re looking for an elegant shape to add value to your product, consider pull out, pillow, square pillow, flip lid or models with an innovative opening, perfect to sell jewellery and accessories, such as folding lid boxes, flower closure and deluxe (with a double choice of closure, handle or ribbon shaped)
	When in need to display items on a shelf or a dispenser, we suggest hanging and windowed boxes to show what’s inside through a hole that can be also covered with polypropylene, or boxes with thumb tab and dispenser boxes with a perforated section at the top leaves And what about a product to both pack and display your goods? 	Here you can find the wide variety of cardboard these boxes are made of. Please note that the website only shows the materials available for every specific model and format selected.  For only front (outside) printing we both offer white and coloured materials:  Classic card is a white coated cardboard (380 gsm) with a smooth surface  Premium uncoated card is a premium-quality uncoated white card with a touchy feeling due to its slightly textured surface (320 gsm)  Ivory rough-finish card is an ivory-coloured card with a rough surface, ideal when looking for a natural look and textured feeling (300 gsm)  Brown card is a smooth card that looks similar to kraft paper due to its colour (350 gsm). It’s a responsible choice as its 100% recycled and FSC™ certified   Black card is a black pulp-dyed card (350 gsm), 100% recycled and FSC™ certified. Selective white is mandatory: use it underneath the colours of your design or for white elements to be printed  For front and back (outside and inside) printing:   Two-side coated card is a white 400 gsm cardboard coated on both sides, which ensures durability and strength. The double side printing option is only available for some models at the “printing details” section of the quote: select it to pick it  Still not sure which one to choose? 	SHIPPING SUPPLIES  If you need to pack and safely ship your goods, or simply prefer a sturdier box for your products, we can support your business with a wide range of shipping supplies made of solid corrugated cardboard:
	Postal boxes with a practical interlocking base, and shippers are traditional and safe solutions to contain your objects and protect them from any bumps during shipping. 	If you’re looking for a classic packaging with a safer closure, our mailing boxes with locking tab will meet your needs: the handy locking tabs at the top and bottom of the box give greater stability and strength
	Mailers are spacious and durable, ideal for any kind of object. They are designed for sending your products in complete safety and offer reliable closing thanks to the interlocking seal (available also with double sided tape) Looking to truly impress your customers when they open the box? The premium model with double flap at the opening ensures a striking unboxing experience and provides double the space for your brand and message
	Your shipped products will be instantly recognisable at first glance with our crash lock mailer boxes. Here is an easy-to-open solution, allowing your brand and message to be displayed all over the box, inside and outside, and ensuring strength and toughness thanks to the crash-lock base. Your packaging will convey reliability and care!
	If on the other hand you want your box to follow the shape of its content, discover book boxes and flat boxes, designed to protect and ship your important documents and precious memories such as photo books and picture frame. We also print wine bottle carriers, specifically designed to pack wine & spirits, it’s the perfect choice to present top products and limited edition. Please note that this model is designed as a gift pack and not for shipping, as it comes with windows to show the bottles
	Most of our shipping packaging models offer an easy-to-use opening: thanks to the double-sided tape closure, you’ll easily close the box by removing the protective strip from the tape and your recipient will quickly open it by tearing the perforated strip (please pay attention: for some boxes you’ll need to select the “with double-sided tape” option to get this seal).  All of our shipping supplies are printed on a lightweight yet sturdy E-flute corrugated board, 1.8 mm thick, with an internal fluting that insulates the contents and absorbs any bumps during shipping.   Pick the colour you prefer:  White E-flute corrugated cardboard: coated on both sides. The coated paper surfaces ensure excellent print quality. Both inside and outside printing available  Brown E-flute corrugated cardboard: the colour of the material stems from the natural paper fibres and may vary from one shipment to the other. Remember that the printed colours may slightly change due to the original colour of the cardboard. White printing is not available. Choose whether to print only the outside or only the inside of the product
	FORMAT  Once you’ve found the model (type & shape) that most suits your needs, just customise your box format combining the options given. Generally, our packaging is designed to contain small and medium size objects. The smallest box size is 2 x 2 x 5 cm while the biggest shipper is 50 x 50 x 30 cm.   Depending on the model, you may find different formats available to choose from, or you may be asked to select first the width, and then, following the dimension set, the depth. According to the sizes inserted the website automatically shows all the formats available (one or more). Always click on the “i” of information icon to figure out the exact dimension of each side.   So, take your time, browse through the many available options and, if you’re not finding the size you’re looking for, try another model that may better satisfy your needs.  Consider that bespoke boxes allow to manually insert the dimension you prefer, from 3 to 12 cm per side.
	ADDITIONAL OPTIONS  Yes, we know our boxes are all stylish and perfect as they are designed! However,, you can add these extra values to your cardboard packaging (please note that the following options are available according to the model, format and material selected):
	Lamination: choose the effect you most like between gloss, matt and soft touch. The option is available when selecting coated material. Lamination not only adds a special look to your box, enhancing the print and colours, but also protects the cardboard, especially along the folds, making your packaging last even longer
	Special finish is available on white cardboard, both coated and uncoated. You can select 3D varnish, gold foil or silver foil to give value to specific contents of your graphics, letters or logos, making your brand and messages stand out clear. 	If you need to show the inside product, we offer boxes with windows that can come with or without PVC. The window dimensions are predefined following the box format. Otherwise, on some models, you can also add a custom cut-out which is an internal cut that can have the shape and size you want. Create small holes or windows to show your product or just use them to decorate and embellish your box. Depending on the model and format, the custom cut-out may be covered by polypropylene. 	Lots of models offer you the chance to increase the printable area and therefore the space dedicated to your ads and strategic communication offering internal printing: select “inside and outside printing” when available and create a unique box printed all over. FAQ

• How can I know if my item fits into the box? 

Once you’ve set the dimensions or chosen the format from the product page, always click on the “i” of information to check the size of each side. If your printer supports the format, you can also print the template provided with the guidelines: cut along the path cut and assemble it to make your own sample and better figure out the real dimensions of the box. 

• Which box do you suggest packing heavy objects? 

In general, boxes with crash lock bases, available both in the cardboard packaging section and in the shipping supplies one, ensure more strength and resistance. We also offer a heavy duty model, specifically designed for this purpose: the box comes with an additional reinforced core made of honeycomb carboard (not printable) for further protection. 

• Do you offer responsible packaging?

Packaging made of cardboard is a responsible choice itself as choosing recyclable materials reduces our impact on the environment! Find the FSC ® certification available for some materials and read here for more information about eco-friendly packaging.

• Do you offer rainproof solutions for shipping supplies? 

Yes, we print plastic mailing bags made of polyethylene, those are a durable, waterproof and affordable solution for your shipping. The tearproof fastening ensures your goods are protected from unwanted attempts to open the bag; also, the inside is black coloured for privacy reasons. Besides, you can find here coloured models. We recommend reading this article to understand how printing with predefined colours works. 

• Will I have to assemble the boxes? 

The boxes will come already cut, creased and glued. They are packed flat, so you’ll just need to open and mount them. Directions are not included as it is very simple to set up all of our packaging models! 

• How can I create my design? 

We provide instructions and template to create a print ready file on your own (with design software). However, the easiest way to create your box design is doubtless using our free Designer and realising it online, checking and reviewing it how many times you need taking advantage of the 3D preview that lets you open, close and rotate the box. Plus, we offer you backgrounds, images, clip arts and the chance to get help from the AI generating contents to enhance your communication project.
