How to prevent some texts from being printed with a default font?

If your file contains a specific font that you downloaded for free or purchased a license for online, please be aware that our systems may not recognize it correctly. As a result, the font will be automatically replaced with a default substitute font.

This will cause the appearance of your printed material (image on the right) to differ significantly from your original design (image on the left).

 To avoid these types of issues, always ensure that all fonts you use are licensed for embedding and printing. If in doubt, convert all text to outlines (this option is only valid if your product is not in the "Books, magazines, catalogs" category).
