I have a print-ready file: when can I upload it?

If you already have a print-ready file, we ask you to upload it after completing your order, not during the purchase process. Fill out the quote for the product you want to print and select the "Upload your file"/"Already have a file?" option: place the order and, once you have obtained the order number, upload it directly from the Upload area. Feel free to choose whether to send the file first and then make the payment, or vice versa.

Please note that in some cases the loading may take several minutes: if the process seems to stop at 90%, please do not rush to close the page but kindly wait a few minutes for your file to be sent correctly.
