How to authorise a non-confirmed file and proceed with the print

If you received an email letting you know there’s a problem with your uploaded file, you can still move forward with printing by sending an email to [e-mail]. 

Important: Please do not reply directly to the email you received as we won’t be able to retrieve your message that way.

We strongly recommend reviewing the message carefully and checking if you can improve the file quality before giving the go-ahead. If you need help understanding the issue or making changes, feel free to contact us: we're happy to assist you with your file!
