You can request this service during the product ordering process by following these steps:
- Configure your product
- Choose how to upload your print file, or use the free Designer tool
- Add the "PRO File Check & Fix" service by checking the option available under the "promocode" section; There, you will also find details of all the technical aspects covered in the check
- Complete your order and upload your file
The cost of the service ranges from $ 5 to $ 10 depending on the product.
Please note your file will only be reviewed after your order is completed, including payment and file upload.
Once the professional check is done, you will receive an email notification.
If you need to replace your file with a corrected version or approve any proposed changes, instructions will be provided in the email you receive.
